You will be responsible for maintaining and improving the efficiency of our technology in the office, developing and reworking our infrastructure, and research new technologies that could benefit the overall performance of the company. Sounds like a lot more than your typical troubleshooting and help-desk ticket internship, doesn’t it?

Responsibilities

• Support the IT team in maintaining hardware, software, and other systems updates
• Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support
• Organize and maintain IT files and folders
• Lend IT support in optimizing security and company-wide cloud infrastructure deployment
• Research new tools and technologies
• Assess IT health across all departments

By the end of your internship, you will have:

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled undergraduate or recent college graduate
• Working towards a bachelor’s degree in public relations, journalism, marketing or related field
• Time management skills
• Excellent research and communication skills
• Superb writing skills
• Creative presentation abilities
